Exhibit and Presenter registration will close on November 15**. We reserve the right to close registration earlier if the number of applicants is far exceeding available facility capacity.
Once you are accepted for the fair, you will be notified by email. You will have 10 days to pay your booth fee to reserve your spot. If you do not pay your fee by the deadline, your space will be given to someone on the waitlist. Details will be in the acceptance email.
PLEASE NOTE: There are a four “super” spaces that are the equivalent of 3 regular spots. They are in the corners of the main hall. Please contact us via email if you are interested.
Also, we strongly suggest that you consider sharing a booth/table ONLY if you do not require a lot of table space Do not plan to share a booth if you are doing readings or need display space. While we have increased the space per exhibit (8ft wide x 6 ft deep), you will not be able to have a six-foot table AND have space for chairs to do readings. If you have a massage table, you will not have room for chairs or display – so you should consider two exhibit spaces.
**To a large degree, registration and presentations will be on a first registered basis. The exception to this is that we want to include some new providers every year. This means that exhibitors who have been at the fair every year, some since inception, may not be accepted to the fair this year. We want to honor and support our past exhibitors and presenters, so if you have been an exhibitor for many years and are not included this year, you will have a special pre-registration opportunity for 2020 with guaranteed acceptance. We have given this much thought and believe that this is a fair way to accomplish offering new resources to the community and respecting our long-time supporters as well, especially since we have expanded to the maximum amount of space available at Alverno.
